ACCEPTED PAYMENTS/PAYMENT AGREEMENT:
Deposits are 25% of the purchase price of your puppy. Once a puppy is chosen and put on hold for you, the deposit is non-refundable. We will accept cash, checks or credit cards (via Pay Pal) for a deposit. Once a deposit is received, the puppy is on hold for you until 6 weeks old when full payment is due.
Payment in full including tax and shipping for your puppy is required in cash or credit card on or before the puppy is 6 weeks old regardless of delivery date. We will only accept a personal check for a final payment granted that it is sent in time to clear before 6 weeks old. If your puppy is not paid for in full by 7 weeks old, your puppy will be available for sale to another party and your deposit will be forfeited. Should you change your mind and back out on the purchase of your puppy after the puppy is 7 weeks old, ALL money paid toward that puppy, except shipping charges, is non-refundable. Our puppies are generally ready to go at 8 weeks old.
By Kansas state law, if you are picking up your puppy, or if we are driving to meet you somewhere, we are required to collect and submit 6.3% sales tax. Puppies shipped out of state via airline are not charged sales tax.

If the puppy has a fatal defect, we will refund your money or trade you for a similarly priced puppy, seller’s choice. Bacteria, viruses and parasites that are not considered to be fatal are not included in this guarantee as these can be acquired anywhere, anytime, out of seller’s control. After the 48 hours, all sales are final. Buyer is always responsible for his own vet bills.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
The buyer agrees to get medical attention for the puppy by a licensed veterinarian in the event of illness. Even healthy puppies require veterinarian care. Please be aware of this before you decide to purchase a puppy. The buyer agrees to keep the puppy current on all vaccines and de-wormings for proper preventative care. Your puppy should also be put on a heartworm preventative between 4 and 6 months of age.
It is important that your puppy not be exposed to other dogs, dog feces, parks, etc until your puppy finishes out his/her vaccination schedule. Some puppies have maternal antibodies that inhibit vaccinations from working even when properly administered. Maternal antibodies rapidly decline after 8 weeks of age so that the 8, 12 and 16 week old shots much more effectively immunize. Parvo is deadly and can be tracked in on shoes, clothing, etc and is a real risk to your puppy. Please do not expose your puppy to the public until they are fully immunized and at least 12 weeks old. You DO NOT want to bring them home with Parvo unknowingly because the risk of death from this disease is great.
The buyer agrees to feed appropriate food and in the appropriate amounts. Buyer agrees to provide adequate shelter, love, and attention to the puppy. A puppy is a long-term commitment and should be treated as such.
We believe we have very nice dogs and want the best of homes for them. Please educate yourself and be fully aware of the responsibility of owning a dog before you consider purchasing one of our puppies. Be sure to research the breed before purchasing a puppy so you know what to expect. Especially if you are purchasing a Brussels, be sure to do your research on hypoglycemia, as this condition is common in toy breeds and can be deadly. There are many ways to prevent this from happening.
IF AT A LATER DATE, YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR PUPPY:
If at any time in the life of the puppy that you buy from us the buyer is unable to keep the dog for whatever reason, the seller will accept the dog back and find a suitable home for him/her. No exchange of money or replacement is offered in this circumstance. We care about our dogs first and foremost and will take back any dog that we have sold should the buyer ever decide that he couldn’t keep him/her. We aim to provide high quality purebred dogs to loving homes and do not want our dogs in shelters or mistreated in any way.
