ONE DOZEN EGGS
Our chickens are free roaming hens who have daily around the clock access to grassy pasture and bugs as well as their indoor coop. We supplement their foraging with a non-medicated feed. Our variety of hens produce a lovely array of colored eggs.

Eggs are $2 per dozen.

PASTURED BROILERS
For lack of a current picture, this is Thomas! He dressed up as a chicken for Halloween one year. He’s the cutest little chick I’ve ever seen.

Our broilers are raised on pasture in chicken tractors as soon as they are old enough and the weather allows, which is usually at age 4 weeks all the way through to 8-9 weeks when they are finished. Their pen is rotated daily on green grass so they have clean ground and plenty of green forage to eat. We supplement their forage with a non-medicated poultry feed.

We will only be raising 30 birds at a time, no closer than 4 weeks apart, so they are very limited. We are currently reserving for meat ready the last week of May 2010.

Price: $3 per pound, dressed (not dressed like Thomas.)
