Here at the farm, we have had several members of the equine family…
….if you want to call them that!
Meet Jake- the mini-mule. He was free. Now we know why. He bites!
Here is Danny- the mini- donkey.
This poor guy fell off a trailer on the highway!!
Jake was the bigger of the two by quite a bit. But–even then, he wasn’t very big.
Here he is with Jim. Jim is only 5’7″ too. We’ve tried to get Jake to let us ride him- but he thought he was a bronco.
Piper was a gorgeous Palomino. She’s only 2, but very sweet and gentle. She had a stubborn streak like her owner. You know how dogs and their owners often look alike? Well…..what do you think about these two?
