Here at the farm, we have had several members of the equine family…
….if you want to call them that!


Meet Jake- the mini-mule. He was free. Now we know why. He bites!


Here is Danny- the mini- donkey.
This poor guy fell off a trailer on the highway!!


Jake is the bigger of the two by quite a bit. But–even then, he isn’t very big.
Here he is with Jim. Jim is only 5′7″ too. We’ve been trying to get Jake to let us ride him- but he thinks he’s a bronco.

These two wild boys have gone onto greener pastures. They just weren’t Hannah’s idea of a horse. Nice try though, eh? Here is Hannah’s horse:


Piper is a gorgeous Palomino. She’s only 2, but very sweet and gentle. She has a stubborn streak like her owner. You know how dogs and their owners often begin to look alike? Well…..what do you think about these two?
